Suddhi Yoga is a therapeutic, restorative form of Hatha yoga that refreshes, renews and revitalizes you. We create inner and outer alignment through 12 points of practice including:
- Precise positioning in the postures
- Support of your current level of tension with blankets, blocks and chairs
- Deep Relaxation of muscle tensions.
Each class begins with a Guided Awareness to help you map and enliven you body, then a Breathing Practice to replenish your prana or energy body, next a sequence of poses (asanas) designed to open your body from the feet through the head encompassing the spine, ending with a final Relaxation.
This style of yoga works on opening the physical body as well as the energetic body through 12 significant energy centers. The effects are profoundly revitalizing in a safe and appropriate way.
